Due to the nature of our products and services, all sales are subject to the terms below.

Custom and Event Services

Balloons By Milys specializes in custom balloon décor and event decoration services.

  • All custom designs, event installations, and decoration services are final sale.

  • Deposits are non-refundable and are required to secure event dates and begin preparation.

  • Once an event date is reserved, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations.

Rescheduling Events

  • Requests to reschedule must be made in advance and are subject to availability.

  • Deposits may be applied to a new date at our discretion.

  • Rescheduling is not guaranteed and depends on availability and timing.

Physical Products (Non-Event Orders)

Due to the customized and perishable nature of balloon products:

  • Returns and refunds are not accepted on custom or personalized items.

  • Returns may be accepted only if the product is defective or incorrect.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • You must provide proof of the issue (photos and order details)

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Custom balloon arrangements

  • Event décor and installations

  • Deposits and booking fees

  • Items damaged after delivery due to weather, heat, handling, or misuse
