Event Conditions and Responsibility

The client is responsible for:

• Providing accurate event details (location, access times, venue rules)

• Ensuring a safe and suitable environment for installation

• Obtaining any necessary permissions from venues or property owners

Balloons By Milys is not responsible for damage caused by weather, heat, wind, rain, handling by guests, or factors outside our control after installation.

Once the installation is completed, responsibility transfers to the client.

Refunds and Returns (Products)

Due to the customized and perishable nature of balloon décor:

• All custom orders are final sale

• Returns and refunds are not accepted unless the product is defective or incorrect

Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Intellectual Property
